PAID VACATION AND HOLIDAY

 

Village provides all eligible employees with 7 paid holidays. Village offers all its eligible employees “paid time” (PTO), this time is not accrued and/or earned. You can use the time for whatever you want.


401(K) PLAN

 

Village Mortgage sponsors a retirement savings plan that allows employees to contribute pre-taxfunds to a retirement plan. All employees who have completed one full quarter of service are eligible to participate in the plan beginning the first of the following quarter.
