“Welcome Home” exemplifies our commitment to exceeding customer expectations by engaging an accessible, dynamic, and collaborative team committed to helping every borrower navigate their own avenue to homeownership. Village Mortgage Company opened doors in 1996 with the goal of delivering quality mortgage financing to all of our borrowers. 

 

After two decades of operation, our commitment to providing every member of our community with a personalized mortgage experience has never been stronger.

In 2016, we launched our L.I.F.E. Lending initiative which aims to provide low to moderate-income borrowers with the widest array of mortgage products and homeownership education available. We are continually looking for new ways to meet the needs of our borrowers.
